Photos from zip code 29223, which features a large swath of Two Notch Road and stretches out to Northeast Richland, had 116 reported cases (the most of any zip code in South Carolina), with 713 estimated undiagnosed cases, for a total of 829 possible cases. The 29203 zip code, is overwhelmingly African American area near downtown commonly referred to as North Columbia, there were 54 positive cases and 386 possible cases, according to DHEC stats.
