The heat of summer is still being felt, but fall is here, I mark the start of fall by when I can start buying Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer. I've always been a lover of the fall and winter months, fall has always had some sort of magic to me. It's in the changing of colors in the leaves, the fact the soccer and football are once again being played, it's the food and everything that comes with this time of year, in short, it is the best.

River Bluff HS takes the field for their game with Pelion HS on August 31, 2018.
On Friday night River Bluff HS ran through Pelion HS and scored a school record for points in a game 65-6. River Bluff running back Antonio Gantt #6 throws a stiff arm on Pelion defensive back Ethan Davis #3 for a first down.
