Sen. Bernie Sanders in Columbia, SC

08/21/2015 - Columbia, SC
Bernie was fired up, clearly excited for the way his campaign has been going in recent weeks, drawing crowds that are bigger than any of other candidates on this years POTUS Campaign trail.

On Friday the Bernie express rolled it's way through the Famously Hot city. Columbia didn't have to do much to live up to it's motto as close to 2000 people crammed into The Medallion Center to see and hear the Vermont Senator.

Bernie clearly undeterred by the temperature spoke at length, about his vision for the country. Sanders went after the banks and the big money interest polluting the political landscape, he called for the repeal of Citizens United, and campaign finance reform. He raised a clear distinction between him and all the other candidates running for president, pledging that he wouldn't take money from Super PAC's. Instead, he said, his camp will only accept individual personal donations, which currently average $34.
